OSDA has officially launched the year 2026 with its Annual Staff Retreat and Work Plan Development. The retreat, held in Aburi, Eastern Region from 15th–16th January 2026, was themed “Reflect, Realign and Renew: Strengthening FOSDA for 2026.”

The two-day retreat featured eleven (11) dynamic sessions that provided staff with opportunities for reflection on personal and professional growth, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, strategic planning, and a review of the 2025 work plan. These sessions laid the foundation for prioritizing programs and refining FOSDA’s work approach for the year ahead.
