Executive Director of the Foundation for Security and Development in Africa (FOSDA) Theodora Williams Anti have been recognised for her outstanding contribution as a Youth Development Practitioner at the 5th Global Youth Work Conference 2025 in Kualar Lumpur, Malaysia. Theodora Williams Anti was awarded under the Excellence and Influential category within the Africa Region and as part of 3 Ghanaians recognised by the Commonwealth and the Commonwealth Alliance of Youth Workers Association (CAYWA).

The award specifically honors her commitment to excellence in youth development practice, dedication to empowering young people and contribution towards strengthening professional standards and ethical leadership in the field of youth work in Ghana and Africa at large. The award was received on her behalf by Solomon Okai (Ag. Programmes Manager) at the Gala Dinner and Awards night on 18th November, 2025 at the International Youth Centre (IYC), Kuala Lumpur.
