• Improving technical skills in young women and girls
Activities: FOSDA has sustained a skill harvesting program (SLIG Skills Harvesting). Also, an online technology entrepreneurship and coaching program for over 100 girls (Youth Network Thursday & ICT for Youth, Skills of the 21st Century).
• Providing sustainable livelihoods
Activities: FOSDA’s sustainable livelihood project in Northern Ghana
• Capacity building trainings for political engagement

WOMEN IN ELECTIONS –
During the Ghana 2008 Presidential and legislative elections FOSDA worked with various women groups to educate women on their civic responsibilit1es as citizens and created the platform for women to demand gender equality in political participation from candidates.
In 2018, the Foundation supported about 30 women in various ways to contest at the District Assembly Level and Parliamentary Elections.
