This paper is a policy recommendation on a proposed Conflict Resolution Intervention on the protracted Bawku Chieftaincy Conflict. It makes general observations on several State and Governmental interventions as well as non-state body (NGOs, faith-based and inter-ethnic groups etc) interventions. Recommendations are made for the establishment of a Committee of Eminent Chiefs to mediate the protracted chieftaincy conflict, similar to that which was established in 2003 by the Former President, HE J.A Kufour led by His Royal Highness, Asantehene, which saw the resolution of the protracted Dagbon Chieftaincy Conflict in 2018 with the installation of a new Yaa-Naa, King Abubakari Mahama II, Dagbon Overlord.
