The Foundation for Security and Development in Africa (FOSDA) is pleased to welcome the DAAKYE Leadership Fellows – Cohort IV, a new group of emerging young leaders selected to participate in the Daakye Leadership Project.

The programme seeks to equip young people with the knowledge, values and practical skills needed to become ethical, responsible and transformative leaders who can contribute meaningfully to nation-building, peace, security and sustainable development.

Throughout the programme for the next 12 weeks , fellows will engage in interactive learning sessions, leadership development activities and discussions designed to strengthen their understanding of ethical leadership, personal development, civic responsibility and inclusive governance.

The first session for Cohort IV begins on 27 August 2026, marking the start of another exciting journey of learning, reflection and leadership development.
