A total of sixty-three (63) violent incidents were recorded across Ghana in June 2026. Of these, Physical violence contributed 26 incidents (41%). There were 18 (29%) cases of Economic violence while Gun related incidents comprised 11 incidents (17%). There were 4 (6%) incidents of Sexual Violence and 2 (3%) cases of Social Violence. Only (1) incident each of Psychological and Political violence was recorded during the period. Regionally, the Greater Accra Region recorded the highest number of incidents, with 12 cases. This is closely followed by the Central Accra Region with 11 cases. Eastern Region recorded 7 cases. Ashanti and Upper East Regions recorded 6 cases each and Western Region recorded 4 cases. There were 3 cases each in the Upper West and Ahafo Regions whiles Savannah, Bono East, Volta and Oti regions recorded 2 cases each. Bono, Western North and Northern regions recorded 1 case each.
