The Foundation for Security and Development in Africa (FOSDA) with Funding Support from the Embassy of Denmark in Ghana and the West African Network for Peacebuilding (WANEP) organized a maiden unity football game between the resident Fulbes and Dagabbars under the resilient dialogue project.

The unity game which kick-off on Saturday 13th April 2024 at 3:30 pm in Sabuli community a suburb under the Jirapa municipal assembly was aimed at fostering peace, unity, love, and strengthening social harmony between the Fulbes and the Host communities.

The match which ended 3:0 in favor of the Dagabbar was well attended by both youth and elderly of the Fulbes and the Dgabbars.

The Fulbe Chief Alhaji Seidu Dramani in the kick-off ceremony disclosed that this is the first time such an event has been organized to promote social interaction between them and the Dagabbars. He again commended the efforts of the organization that supported the initiative.
