FOSDA joined the Ministry of Gender and others in an IWD equity walk

Advancing Human Security Since 2001

FOSDA joined the Ministry of Gender (MOGCSP) and other Gender equality stakeholders in an IWD equity walk on March 8, 2023.
For two hours, advocates Marched from the Kwame Nkrumah Water Park Foundation at Circle to the New Office Complex of the MoGCSP holding placards and engaging the public.

As a gender equality advocate and women’s rights organization, our participation in the walk reflects the goal of our celebration today: to raise awareness and start conversations about the need for equitable and gender-responsive innovation, technology, and digital education.
For us at FOSDA, the most important aspect of this walk was to encourage everyone to embrace equity in order to promote women, peace, and security.
